I've been using the KINGSMITH WR3L for a few weeks and the water resistance feels smooth and quiet, much like rowing on real water. Assembly was fairly simple. My only complaints: the water tank could be louder when rowing hard, and the seat could be more cushioned. For the price, it's an excellent value for a water rower.
